"Who was this team working in the kitchen on 3:22 pm, Friday November 7? Did the drive-thru on my way to run errands. Had to use points before they expired. God as my witness (nearly 70 y’all)… This was The BEST Big Mac that I ever had in my life!! I asked for extra pickles, it was incredibly fresh, and made to perfection. Thank you so much, You’re amazing! I am very grateful."

"The big mac actually looked the way it does on commercials and pictures. The fries were not burned, and the ice cream machine wasn't broken. It was PERFECT!!!"

"Day and the other young lady that work at night are awesome!!! However, tonight 3/2/25, I got disturbed because all these people were in the restaurant cleaning. And I was waiting for my food which wasn’t a problem because they were busy. But my problem comes when I hear the manager screaming through the closed drive-through window at her workers... THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!! They don’t get paid enough to be treated like that!!! Those ladies run that place at night and it’s always awesome and for you to yell at them so disrespectfully, and especially in front of customers - you have no business being a manager at all. So the employees get 5 stars & the manager that was there tonight (white lady with glasses) - you get NONE!’n Learn how to treat your valuable employees better!!!!!"

"This is a fast food restaurant, however this establishment is certainly a lot cleaner than some fancier, more expensive dine in restaurants. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me, asking me if I need help even if I am not seeking assistance. This store has been here a while, however like most fast food establishments that have been onsite a long time, this one always seems fresh, clean, well maintained and even fairly new. Food always seems freshly cooked, not sitting around, and the menu is usually adding or changing, so be prepared for new items, or for your favorite foods to no longer be available. Good bye again to the McRib... However this is a corporate level thing, not a franchise level thing so don't take it out on them. I do not eat fast food much, but stop often for coffee, or to pick up something for the family on the way home. Coffee is great because I like mine strong, without cream or sugar. Thanks to McDonald's for being there for me every morning and every evening for my going to work coffee, and my drive home coffee. Also a nice clean restroom. Things in fast food are getting more expensive, however everything else is going up in price except my paycheck..."

"I have been going to this location for almost a year now, as a regular customer. Unfortunately, I have dietary restrictions and I am not able to eat there currently. However, the manager that usually works overnights is extremely nice! Always hard working and there is a gentleman who works there with glasses and curly hair, in the evenings. They provide expectional customer service! Always greeting me and my family with a smile. I have dietary restrictions with my coffee, they always make sure they listen carefully how I want my coffee! They should be recognized. Wouldn't go anywhere else, in OC for my fast food or coffee!"
